Job Summary
The Sr. Manager is a “hands-On” team member who will be reporting to the VP, Finance and Corporate Controller. This person will ensure that period-end close procedures are complete and accurate, that Orchestra BioMed is compliant with SOX 404a, and follows SEC regulations. The Sr. Manager is a people manager and is responsible for reviewing account reconciliations, accounting memos, journal entries, and making recommendations for process improvements. They will also participate in financial audits, supporting tax matters, coordinate complex accounting projects, and prepare certain financial reports.
This is a hybrid position with the expectation of an average of three days per week in our New Hope, PA office.
